The Brenda Meether Piano Studio of Louisville, Colorado specializes in teaching classical, new age, boogie woogie, jazz, and composition. Piano lessons and instruction for adult students and teenagers are focused on acquiring the basics of music which include exploring music theory, technique, expression, attaining & improving listening skills, sight reading skills, rhythm skills, and learning music history.
Adults and teenagers are taught to problem solve within music as well as set goals and stay aware of progress made. Piano lessons for children ages 7-10 are focused on age appropriate learning of the foundations in piano playing. Music games and beginning composition are added to boost understanding.
Interviews are encouraged before piano lessons begin so that both teacher and student feel they are with the correct person to bring about best learning environment. Piano students of all ages and levels are welcome!
